First edition and published in 1970’s. 30 facsimile menus in a card wallet. 36cm x 26cm. Scarce in any state. The issue is complete and no pages are missing. Very striking covers are a little damaged in places, with peeling film cover, stain marks and some tears. The wallet is worn along all edges with small tears and creases in places.
