Illustrated by Derrick Hass (pseudonym of  Derick Ashby)- Covers and illustrated in black, white and yellow throughout. 

Derrick Hass (1928 -2006) had a highly successful career in advertising working for most of the best advertising agencies and this makes it all the more surprising that I cannot seem to find any obituary for him. He did a lot of work for the BBC and Radio Times magazine early on in his career.

Well used by schoolchildren so the pages have stains and creased corners but the illustrations are still bold. Covers are soiled with some pencil scribble on rear page. Pages are securely attached and staples are in good condition. The two last pages have been folded back in half at some stage and are soiled. Images give a good indication of condition. Scarce in any state
